BUSINESSES, BRANDS AND INDIVIDUALS HONORED FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE.












The 7th Edition of the awards was Dubbed “The Night of Customer Service Excellence”it was held at Cleaver House, Accra, on Friday, 28th September, 2018.
The scheme is aimed at championing customer service excellence and ensuring professionalism in service delivery through awards.
Mr. Hector Wulff, popularly known as Mr. Customer Service speaking at the event announced how difficult it was to put together nominees for this year’s edition because of changes in taste and preference of customers.
Golden Tree, Melcom, Star-life and Tang Palace Hotel won the Customers Choice Brands of the year category. 
The Ghana Customer Service Awards is organized by Team Ghana Customer Service.
Background
The Awards was founded in 2010 by Hector Wulff, with the aim of championing Customer Service Excellence in Ghana across the industrial spectrum.
Their Mission is to serve as the leading organization and authority, positively and impacting on Ghana, the culture of Customer Service Excellence.

At the event, various executives were also honored for their outstanding exhibition of good standing in the delivery of quality customer service.
Mr. Richard Acheampong, the Chief Executive Officer of Rokma Pharma was awarded as “Customer Service C.E.O of the year”.
Ms Yvonne Ohui McCarthy, President of ICSP took home the Best Customer Service Consultant of the year whilst Ms Priscilla Kumi  Dickson was awarded the “Front  Office Manager of the year”.
The Customer Service Professional of the year went to Mr. Daniel Odoi with Security Warehouse Ltd grabbing the “Best Customer Service Provider” Award.
