The Ghana Customer Service Conference and Awards in its fifth year, is the Nation's biggest forum to share professional standard and trends in customer service delivery.
The conference draws a great number of service professionals, practitioners,
managers and business leaders together to learn from examples of international service excellence and best practice, alongside the Ghana Customer Service Awards.

The Ghana Customer Service Award is the only national awards dedicated to Customer Service Excellence, best practice and innovation in customer service delivery.
